The stunt industry has always relied heavily on experience, but experience alone doesn't always produce the best solutions. Stunt Forge was built on the belief that fire protection should be engineered, not simply accepted because "that's how it's always been done."

Every formulation begins with a specific objective, whether that's increasing thermal capacity, improving viscosity stability, reducing unwanted run-off, improving coverage or producing more predictable burn behaviour. Each one is then developed through laboratory testing, refinement and practical evaluation until it consistently delivers the performance it was designed to achieve.

Rob Bowen

Stunt Forge was founded by Robert Bowen, a professional stunt performer and member of the British Stunt Register with years of experience specialising in fire performance and fire safety.

Combining practical stunt experience with extensive laboratory development alongside independent research into fire chemistry, heat transfer and material science, Robert began developing specialist fire protection systems after recognising the limitations and inconsistencies present in many existing products.

Every Stunt Forge product has been developed from first principles through laboratory experimentation, technical research and continual refinement under professional production conditions, with one objective: to create more reliable, more consistent fire protection systems for the stunt industry.
